CERTIFICATES

Our skills and ambitions set us apart

WE DO NOT LEAVE QUALITY TO CHANCE

The maxim of the Dorfner Group “Quality for people and buildings” stands for a consistent quality orientation. The guiding principle is a central component of the corporate philosophy and the aspiration of every single employee.

We ensure the quality of our services through an integrated and comprehensive management system. The DOQUM quality assurance system determines data according to the room area directory, service specifications, workplace descriptions as well as complaints and helps us to ensure quality assurance at the agreed level in the long term.

The DOQUM version especially for the catering sector was developed on the basis of the workflows and quality requirements of daily practice in a large-scale catering kitchen and can be individually adapted to any operating situation. The hygiene control points as well as the critical control points of the legally required HACCP concept are integrated in the DOQUM system.
DOQUM is one of the few systems in the industry to be certified according to DIN EN 13549.
