If desired, our range of services begins with optimized building planning even before construction begins and leads to the invitation to tender, project and construction management right through to its acceptance. We also take care of optimizing the technical as well as logistical operation of the building – our specialists take over the complete coordination of all building services. We also focus on sustainability and document the energy costs and consumption in your building. This makes it possible to see which adjustments can still be made to reduce emissions and save costs.
LOGISTICS AND SERVICE
We offer various services in the field of security and reception services: We can support you with personnel for building protection, take over the lock management for you or provide the reception service for your guests. In order for you to be able to carry out larger and smaller relocations smoothly and without loss of time and energy, we take over the complete relocation management. We coordinate all processes and phases of the move and, if necessary, we can procure new furniture and store the old ones. If necessary, we can also coordinate any necessary remodeling.
