Our commitment to sustainability manifests itself in our daily practice and is documented by certifications in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 (environmental management system) and DIN EN ISO 50001 (energy management system). As a member of the Bavarian Environmental Pact, together with the Bavarian state government and industry, we send a strong signal for comprehensive environmental protection that goes beyond legal requirements.
We take our social responsibility just as seriously. The people who give their best every day for the Dorfner Group are at the center of our actions. We demonstrate this not only through words, but also through deeds, such as the establishment of the Karl Heinz Rohrwild Foundation, which ensures the long-term existence of the Dorfner Group, and the Sinan Akdeniz Foundation, which supports our employees in times of need. Fairness, attractive working conditions and the promotion of an inclusive society are a matter of course for us.
STAFF & KNOWLEDGE
Our understanding of quality includes competent, experienced and properly trained personnel. For this reason, a comprehensive training and further education program for employees and managers is standard at our company. In order to implement this efficiently, we set up the Hans Dorfner Academy – named after the company’s founder. Whether quality assurance, hygiene management, nutrition, economics, rhetoric, technology or IT – the Dorfner Academy offers the right seminar for every employee. In addition, employees have access to an extensive range of online training courses, which are used, for example, for induction of cleaning staff and explain the most important manual operations by video.
