You benefit from our high in-house service rate: You have a contact person on site who keeps an eye on the building services and can always provide competent information. It goes without saying that we carry out maintenance in accordance with the applicable laws, ordinances, statutes, technical guidelines, DIN regulations and other rules and regulations (e.g. UVV). The generally accepted rules of technology as well as maintenance according to VDMA 24186 and the manufacturer’s instructions are part of our maintenance strategy. In the case of a new or renovated building, we will be happy to assist you in designing the technical components of the building in an appropriately efficient and environmentally friendly manner right from the start.
